Joseph A. Gaudio, DDS
Dr. Joe is a dentist with a concentration in occlusion, chronic pain, jaw joint problems, and airway stabilization. He's been an associate with us since 2020 but has his own high-level private practice in Chester. He teaches at dental schools and dental academies, too. He teaches Dr. Raphael something every day as well, even as he is becoming fluent in many of the early treatment techniques prescribed by Dr. Raphael
Joanna Walska, DDS
Pediatric Dentist
As a specialist in children, Joanna is here to help us develop our "Littles" program. She helps Dr. Barry with his early growth guidance programs as well.
She's a mom of three young girls and brings that expertise to our team as well.
She believes in "whole health", so she's a perfect fit here at RCIO.
Melissa Mazzaro
Office Manager
Melissa takes Dr. Barry's headaches and makes them go *poof*. She is his memory, his arbiter, and his warrior. She's the Momma Bear of the team.

Traci will keep a smile on your face as she juggles all the new ways we have of measuring your health and tracking your outcomes. She may say she "hates computers" but her skills say otherwise.

Her job is to usher you from your first day in treatment to the last with as little fuss as possible. But don't think you can slip by her without notice...she'll find you!
Her second job is to help Dr. Barry keep his promises. (He can't slip by her either!)

Carmen is a seasoned professional in dentistry. She makes sure that the doctors have everything they need at the exact moment they need it.

A Doctor of Osteopathy with credentials in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, Valerie has moved over to functional medicine to treat the root-cause of medical issues. Using approaches to nutrition, toxin elimination, inflammation tampering, and energy balancing, Dr. Gershenhorn helps us offer a more complete integrative service.
