Your Breathing Trainer

We hardly think about it, but breathing is the most important thing we do every single second of the day.

Use our Rhythmic Breathing Trainer daily to learn better breathing habits!

Set your timing and duration. Sit tall with your feet on the floor. 

​

Breathe gently and quietly, and only through your nose.  You don't have to breathe "deeply".  If you use your belly, your lungs will fill up just fine.

​

You can choose your own picture, too, to make it fun!
